SHIPPING POLICY

Liz Norkus is proud to ship with UPS and is fully insured. Should you require special arrangements for delivery we will try our best to accommodate your request. Orders are shipped within 3 business days. If your item becomes out of stock due to demand and is not available to be shipped, we will make every effort to ensure it will be available within 2 weeks.

We are dedicated to protecting your information. Because of this, all personal data that is transmitted through our site is encrypted using SSL or "Secure Socket Layer" technology which encrypts your information while in transit to us. Once we receive your information it becomes decoded so your order can be processed.



PRIVACY POLICY

While we protect your information online through encryption we also protect your information offline. We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with any third party. The information we collect from you is used to process and fulfill your order and if necessary to notify you of your order status. If you decide you would like to receive our marketing material we will use your information to email announcements of new products, sales, and promotions. We may also occasionally invite you to take part in a survey as a way to improve our online store. You are able to change this option at anytime.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Items purchased online at liznorkus.com or by phone may be exchanged or returned up to 30 days after the ship date given the item is in its original condition, accompanied by the original sales receipt, and packaged in the original shipping box. Credit or charge card purchases will be refunded by a credit to the cardholder’s account for the amount originally charged. Refund or credit will only be given after receipt of your return. Upon receiving your return the item will be reviewed by us. Items showing signs of wear, damage, or altercations (by a jeweler other than Liz Norkus) in any way cannot be accepted for return. Returns without a Customer Return Code, improperly packaged or uninsured will be refused.

 

       How to Prepare a Return:

      - Please call us at 401-434-9695 to receive instructions on your return.  

      - You will be issued a Customer Return Code.

      - We will assist you with all information needed to safely package your item.

      - We will not accept responsibility for any items lost, damaged or uninsured.              

 

  

REPAIR POLICY

Liz Norkus is pleased to repair any merchandise purchased from liznorkus.com. Once in receipt of the damaged goods we will inspect the piece to determine the proper course of action. Repairs within a 90 day warranty period due to manufacturing defects are free of charge. However, products which are deemed to have been modified by a third party jeweler or abused will not be covered under our free repair 90 day warranty. In the event that you have exceeded our 90 day warranty period, we will gladly repair your items. A charge will be determined after an evaluation by us. You will be informed of the charge and must authorize such charge prior to commencement of the repair. We will only be responsible for merchandise for a six month period.
